Jeff McCarthy Presents at Medical Humanities Conference

Environmental Humanities Director Jeff McCarthy presented at Harvard University where he was invited to participate in the conference Medical Humanities, Social Sciences and the Environment in September.

Jeff’s talk “Ocean Stories and Human Futures: The Environmental Humanities in the Anthropocene” was part of the interdisciplinary conference which included scholars from the humanities, medicine and the social sciences. It was funded by the Ackerman Program on Medicine & Culture and by Harvard University Asia Center.
